Delete your IronHall account

IronHall accounts belong to the organisation that created them. To have yours deleted, email info@ironmesh.cloud from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my IronHall account". We will confirm with your organisation, complete the deletion within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

If you only need access stopped straight away, your organisation's administrator can suspend your account at once under Settings › People.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email address, profile, sign-in details, voicemail, and the files and recordings only you held.
• May be kept: messages you already sent into shared conversations, shown without your details, where your organisation must keep business records; and security logs for up to 90 days.
